Precision Alpha AI ("we", "us") provides software that analyzes market data and, at your direction and within the limits you set, places simulated (paper) trades in a paper trading account. It is a software tool. We are not your broker, we do not hold your money or securities, and we do not provide personalized investment advice.
You sign in with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Tell us right away at the email below if you think someone else has accessed your account.
If you connect an Alpaca account, you do so through Alpaca's own sign-in and authorization page. Your relationship with Alpaca is governed by Alpaca's agreements, not these terms. By connecting, you allow Precision Alpha AI to read your account information and place orders in that account at your direction and under the rules you set. You can disconnect at any time from your Alpaca account settings, and we will stop placing orders once the connection is removed. Alpaca does not warrant or guarantee that Precision Alpha AI will work as advertised or expected.
All trading involves risk, including the loss of money. Results from paper trading do not predict real-money results, because real markets involve different fill prices, delays, fees and emotions. Automated systems can make mistakes, lose connection, or act on bad data. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Features such as loss limits and stop-losses reduce risk but do not eliminate it, and orders may fill at prices different from what you expect.
Real-money trading is not available in the service at this time. If it is offered in the future, it will require a separate, explicit opt-in from you and updated terms.
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, probe, overload or reverse-engineer it, access another person's data, or use it for anything unlawful.
We provide the service "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or end any part of it, and we may update these terms. When we make material changes we will update the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Precision Alpha AI is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero for free use).
